How to Tackle Troubles in High School
1It is natural that we, high school students, will meet a series of troubles both at school and at home. How to deal with these issues poses a challenge for us.
Surely, the troubles that individuals face differ. 2As far as I am concerned, the following two issues distract me most. 3To begin with, I encounter great pressure from study, because I always dream of entering the best university in Shanghai. 4In China, a country with such a large population, the competition for excellent universities is so fierce that almost all students have to work hard, even to burn the midnight oil, as I always do. Furthermore, 5it is the lack of in-depth communication with my parents that also bothers me a lot. 6Whenever talking to me, they only focus on the scores of examinations. 7What I want from them is simply encouragement and support, instead of enormous pressure.
8As for the above-mentioned troubles, on the one hand, I need to improve my study strategies, so as to be more efficient in study; on the other hand, I will communicate with my parents more frequently, to acquire support. Maybe, after understanding my stress, they will render more help to me.
9In short, currently, I do face some troubles. However, 10I am fully convinced that I will be able to handle them properly and make progress day by day. (Words: 228)
