　　如果，我真當(dāng)上了一名老師，我會做一個獎罰分明的好老師，有同學(xué)進步了，我會表揚他并獎勵他一些文具，讓他再接再勵。如果，有誰學(xué)習(xí)退步了，我會激勵讓他不要灰心。
